Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice (warm)
- ½ lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped

Divide warm rice between two bowls. Make a shallow well in the center of each.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Brown ground beef, breaking it into small pieces, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.

Stir gochujang and soy sauce into beef. Cook 1 minute until fragrant. Divide between bowls on top of rice.

Keep skillet on medium-high. Crack an egg into the pan and fry until whites set but yolks still jiggle, ~3 minutes. Repeat with second egg.

Slide one fried egg onto each bowl. Scatter green onion over the top.
