Ingredients
- 2 whole flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
- 1 cup shredded Oaxaca or mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup salsa verde
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ whole lime

Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 1 minute until warm.

Warm the refried beans in a small bowl in the microwave for 90 seconds until spreadable.

Warm one tortilla in the skillet for 20 seconds per side until pliable.

Spread half the beans down the center of the tortilla, leaving 2 inches at each end.

Top beans with half the cheese, 2 tbsp salsa verde, and 1 tbsp cilantro.

Fold in the left and right sides, then roll tightly away from you until sealed.

Place seam-side down in the skillet and cook 90 seconds per side until golden.

Repeat steps 3–7 with the remaining tortilla, beans, cheese, salsa, and cilantro.
