Ingredients
- 4 tortillas flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 1 cup refried beans
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
- ½ cup diced tomato or salsa
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or green onion, chopped
- ½ lime lime
- 1 pinch salt and pepper

Warm refried beans in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add 1/2 tbsp butter and place tortilla in pan.

Spoon 2 tbsp warm beans onto tortilla. Top with 3 tbsp cheese. Fold in half.

Cook until edges are golden and cheese melts, 1-2 minutes per side without moving.

Transfer to plate. Repeat with remaining butter, tortillas, beans, and cheese.
