Ingredients
- 600 g pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 piece onion
- 200 g coleslaw mix
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 piece slider buns
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Season pork chunks with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot Dutch oven until browned on all sides.

Add diced onion, BBQ sauce, vinegar, and 0.5 cup water. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes until pork is very tender and shreds easily.

Shred pork with two forks and stir back into the sauce. Toss coleslaw mix with mayo and a pinch of salt.

Load sliders: bottom bun, pile of saucy pulled pork, coleslaw, top bun.
