  • 6 slices, about 0.5 inch thick bologna
  • 2 slices or rolls bread (white, brioche, or potato rolls)
  • ⅓ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

    Heat butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until foaming, about 90 seconds.

    Add bologna slices in a single layer. Sear 2 minutes per side without moving until edges curl and char spots appear.
