Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 racks baby back pork rib racks
- 2 cups bbq sauce
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey

Remove the membrane from the back of the rib racks by sliding a knife under it and peeling it away.

Mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.

Rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides of the rib racks, pressing gently to adhere.

Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C). Line a large roasting pan with foil.

Place rib racks bone-side down on the prepared pan. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake for 2.5 hours until ribs are tender and meat pulls back from the bones.

Mix bbq sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey in a bowl.

Remove foil from ribs and brush generously with the bbq glaze.

Return to oven uncovered for 20-30 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
