- 2 whole red bell pepper, sliced into 1-inch strips
- 1 whole yellow bell pepper, sliced into 1-inch strips
- 1 can (14.5 oz) canned diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1.5 tsp Espelette pepper or smoked paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
