Ingredients
- 2 tortillas flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 medium banana
- 1 batch cinnamon sugar (2 tbsp cinnamon mixed with 3 tbsp sugar)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Peel bananas and cut each into two pieces lengthwise, creating long quarters.

Lay a tortilla flat. Place two banana quarters in a line near the bottom, leaving 1 inch from edge.

Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana, tucking the sides in as you go. Repeat with remaining banana and tortilla.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 60 seconds.

Sear the rolls seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 2 minutes per side without moving.
