Ingredients

  • 20 cookies vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 medium bananas, ripe but firm
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

    Crush vanilla wafers into coarse crumbs in a bowl using the bottom of a glass.

    Whisk pudding mix with milk in a separate bowl until smooth and thickened, ~2 minutes.

    Whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form, about 1 minute by hand with a whisk.

    Fold whipped cream gently into pudding until no streaks remain.

    Slice bananas into thin rounds.

    Layer in small jars or cups: wafer crumbs, pudding cream, banana slices, repeat. Top with crumbs.
