Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1.75 cups whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp butter (for pan)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter an 8×8-inch baking dish.

    Whisk together oats, milk, eggs, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl until combined.

    Pour oat mixture into prepared dish. Scatter berries evenly over the top.

    Bake uncovered until set around edges but still slightly jiggly in center, ~22 minutes.

    Cool for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 portions and serve warm.
