- ¾ cup sugar, divided
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 tbsp butter, melted (plus 2 tbsp for glaze)
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 6-cavity donut pans with cooking spray.

Whisk together flour, 0.5 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Whisk milk, eggs, and 3 tbsp melted butter in another bowl until smooth.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined—batter should be thick.

Transfer batter to a piping bag. Pipe into donut cavities until three-quarters full.

Bake for 8–10 minutes until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
