Ingredients
- 1 package (thawed if frozen) puff pastry sheets
- 1 can or jar (~21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 whole egg

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Cut thawed puff pastry into 4 squares. Spoon 2 tbsp apple filling onto one half of each square.

Fold pastry in half to form a triangle. Press edges firmly to seal; use a fork to crimp if needed.

Whisk egg in a small bowl. Brush egg wash over the top and sides of each turnover.
