Ingredients

  • 8 whole Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or whole almonds
  • 8 slices bacon slices
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Stuff each date with about 0.25 tbsp almond butter or one whole almond.

    Wrap each stuffed date tightly with one bacon slice and secure with a toothpick if needed.

    Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, ~1 minute.
