Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe avocado
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop flesh into the blender.
