Ingredients
- 8 sheets phyllo sheets (thawed)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup raisins

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and raisins in a bowl.

Brush a sheet pan lightly with melted butter. Layer 4 phyllo sheets on top, brushing butter between each one.
