Ingredients

  • 1 medium Apple (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter, creamy or chunky
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

    Slice apple into 1/4-inch rounds, removing the core with a small knife.

    Spread 1 tsp peanut butter on one apple slice, top with another slice.

  3. 3

    Repeat to stack 3–4 apple slices with peanut butter between each.

    Drizzle honey over the top and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
