Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1.75 cups milk
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel, core, and dice 2 apples into 1/2-inch chunks.

    In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups oats, 1.5 tsp cinnamon, and 0.25 tsp salt.

    Add 1.75 cups milk, 0.33 cup honey, 3 tbsp melted butter, and diced apples to the dry mix.

    Stir until apples are evenly distributed and no dry oats remain.

    Pour mixture into a buttered 8×10-inch baking dish, spreading level.

    Bake until the surface is set and edges turn light golden, about 25–30 minutes.
