Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs rotisserie pork shoulder or pulled pork
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (Frank's RedHot or similar)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Shred the pork shoulder into bite-size pieces, discarding any large fat chunks.

    Whisk together mayo, vinegar, hot sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper in a large skillet.

    Add shredded pork to the sauce and stir over medium heat until the mixture is glossy and hot, about 5 minutes.
