Ingredients
- 2 steaks (6–8 oz each) Ribeye or New York strip steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Pat steaks completely dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

Place steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through.

Check internal temp with a thermometer: 125°F for rare, 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium.
