Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (6–8 oz each) Ribeye or New York strip steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

    Pat steaks completely dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

    Place steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through.

    Check internal temp with a thermometer: 125°F for rare, 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium.

    Transfer steaks to a cutting board. Top each with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 clove minced garlic.

    Tent loosely with foil and rest for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
