Ingredients

  • 8 wrappers spring roll wrappers
  • 1.5 cups cabbage, finely shredded
  • ½ cup carrot, julienned
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 sprays olive oil spray

Instructions

    Mix cabbage, carrot, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic in a small bowl.

    Wet one edge of a spring roll wrapper with water. Place 2 tbsp filling in the center.

    Fold bottom corner over filling, then fold left and right corners in. Roll tightly; wet top corner and seal.

    Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling. You should have 8 rolls.

    Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.

    Arrange spring rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

    Spray each roll lightly with olive oil on both sides.

    Air fry 8–10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.

    Transfer to a plate and cool 2 minutes before serving with dipping sauce.
