Ingredients
- 2 6 oz each salmon fillets, skin-on
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.
