Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz each salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Instructions

    Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.

    Season salmon generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Zest half the lemon and mix with minced garlic and chopped dill in a small bowl.

    Place salmon skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 8 minutes.
