Ingredients
- 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillets (skin-on)
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Mix softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, and minced garlic in a small bowl until combined.

Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
