Air Fryer Salmon with Lemon & Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillets (skin-on)
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Mix softened butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, and minced garlic in a small bowl until combined.

    Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

    Place salmon skin-side down in air fryer basket. Spread half the herb butter on top of each fillet.

    Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until flesh flakes easily and internal temp reaches 145°F.

    Slide salmon onto plates. Drizzle with any pan juices and remaining herb butter. Serve immediately.
