Air Fryer Salmon with Lemon & Dill

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets (skin on), 5-6 oz each
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions

    Pat salmon dry with a paper towel. Place skin-side down on a plate.

    Brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray basket lightly with cooking spray.

    Place salmon skin-side down in basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until flesh flakes easily.

    Transfer to plate. Squeeze lemon juice over top and sprinkle with zest and dill.

    Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
