Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Pat green beans dry with a paper towel. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Spread beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.

    Shake the basket halfway through so beans cook evenly.

    Meanwhile, melt butter in a small skillet over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

    When beans are tender and light golden, remove from air fryer and transfer to a bowl.

    Pour garlic butter over the beans and toss gently to coat.
