Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread (baguette or Italian loaf)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional)

Instructions

    Slice bread lengthwise, then cut into 2-inch pieces so they fit in the air fryer basket.

    Melt butter in a small bowl. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until fragrant.

    Brush both sides of bread pieces with garlic butter, making sure edges are coated.

    Arrange bread in air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overlap.

    Air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes until edges are golden and crispy, shaking basket halfway.

    Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives if desired. Serve immediately.
