Ingredients

  • 1.5 cans (15 oz each) canned chickpeas, drained and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp each salt and black pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika or cayenne
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

    Pat chickpeas completely dry with a kitchen towel—moisture prevents crispiness.

    Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
