Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the cob, husked and silked
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • 1 whole lime

Instructions

    Pat corn dry with paper towels. Rub evenly with butter mixed with minced garlic.

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

    Arrange corn in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook 12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.

    Remove corn when kernels are golden and edges show light char marks.

    Transfer to a platter. Sprinkle with parmesan and fresh cilantro while still warm.

    Cut lime in half and squeeze over corn. Serve immediately.
