Ingredients

  • 8 pieces (about 3 lbs) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels on both sides.

    Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

    Rub the mixture evenly all over the chicken thighs, coating skin and undersides.

    Arrange chicken skin-side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer without crowding.

    Air fry at 400°F for 20–22 minutes until skin is golden brown and crispy.

    Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest thigh without touching bone—should read 165°F.
