Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika

    Slice each chicken breast horizontally into 3–4 tenders, each about 0.75 inches thick.

    In one bowl, whisk egg with 1 tablespoon water. In another, mix flour with salt and pepper.

    In a third bowl, combine panko, garlic powder, and paprika.

    Coat each tender in flour, then dip in egg, then roll in panko until fully covered.

    Arrange tenders on air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
