Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt and black pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

    Pat broccoli dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

    Spread broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).

    Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until edges char.

    Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
