Ingredients

  • 8 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

    Whisk together bourbon, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, mustard, and minced garlic in a bowl.

    Arrange chicken skin-side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket, without overlapping.

    Air fry at 380°F for 12 minutes until skin starts to brown and edges crisp.

    Pour bourbon glaze over chicken. Return to air fryer at 380°F for 8 minutes until glaze caramelizes.
