Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe avocados
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

    Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit, then cut each half into 3 long wedges.

    Beat egg in a shallow bowl. Spread panko in another shallow bowl.
