Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp achari pickle paste (or mango pickle with oil)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

    Pat chicken dry. Cut into 1.5-inch bite-sized pieces, discarding excess fat.

    Stir achari paste, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and chili powder in a bowl until smooth.

    Toss chicken with the marinade until fully coated. Let sit 1 minute.

    Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.
