Ingredients

  • 2 packets acai packets (unsweetened)
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 whole banana, frozen
  • 1.5 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¾ cup fresh berries or sliced fruit
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

    Add acai packets, almond milk, frozen banana, and honey to a blender.

    Blend on high until thick and smooth, about 45 seconds. Mixture should hold a spoon.

    Divide smoothie between 2 bowls, spreading evenly with the back of a spoon.

    Top each bowl with granola, fresh fruit, and coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
