Ingredients

  • 2 packs (100g total) unsweetened açai packs (frozen)
  • ¾ cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¾ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
  • 3 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

    Add açai packs, coconut milk, banana, and honey to a blender.

    Blend on high until thick and creamy, ~30 seconds. Mixture should be spoonable, not drinkable.

    Divide between two bowls, smoothing the surface with the back of a spoon.

    Top each bowl with granola, fresh berries, and shredded coconut.
