Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen acai pulp
  • 1 whole frozen banana
  • ¾ cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • ¼ cup granola
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ whole fresh banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

    Add frozen acai pulp, frozen banana, almond milk, and honey to a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and thick, about 60-90 seconds—the mixture should be creamy and resemble soft-serve consistency, not watery.

    Divide the acai mixture between two bowls, pouring it in and using a spatula to spread it into an even layer. The base should be thick enough to hold toppings without sinking.

    Top each bowl with granola, sliced fresh strawberries, sliced banana, shredded coconut, and chia seeds in even portions. Arrange toppings in sections for an appealing presentation.

    Serve immediately with a spoon while the acai base is still cold and creamy. Eat from the top down, mixing toppings with the acai as you go.
