Ingredients

  • 200 g Frozen açaí (unsweetened)
  • 1 whole Frozen banana, sliced
  • ¾ cup Plant-based milk (almond or coconut)
  • 1 tbsp Honey or agave syrup
  • ½ cup Granola
  • ½ cup Fresh berries (strawberry, blueberry, or mixed)
  • 2 tbsp Shredded coconut or sliced almonds

Instructions

    Add frozen açaí, banana, plant-based milk, and honey to a blender.

    Blend until smooth and thick. The mixture should look creamy, not pourable.

    Pour the açaí base into two bowls.

    Top each bowl with granola, fresh berries, and shredded coconut or almonds.
