Ingredients

  • 2 packets (200g total) frozen acai packets or puree
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
  • ½ cup granola
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

    Add acai, almond milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds.

    Divide the acai mixture between two bowls, filling each about three-quarters full.

    Top each bowl with half the berries and half the granola. Sprinkle with coconut if using.
