  • 2 packets (200g total) frozen acai packets (unsweetened)
  • 1 frozen, sliced banana
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • ½ cup granola (or muesli)
  • ¾ cup mixed fresh berries (blueberry, strawberry, or raspberries)
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or agave
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)

Instructions

    Place acai packets, frozen banana, and coconut milk in a blender.

    Blend on high until thick and smooth — texture should be spoon-thick, not drinkable.
