Ingredients
- 150 g pork belly slices
- 200 g ramen noodles
- 240 ml chicken or pork broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp dried red chili flakes
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 sheet nori seaweed strips
