  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup whipped cream

Instructions

    Whisk in the egg and 1 tbsp water until smooth batter forms.

    Divide batter between two microwave-safe mugs, filling each halfway.
