Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.

    Mix oats, almond butter, honey, chocolate chips, and salt in a bowl until fully combined.

    Pour mixture into lined dish and press firmly and evenly with the back of a spoon or spatula.

    Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes.

    Lift out using parchment overhang and cut into 8 even bars with a sharp knife.

    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
