Ingredients

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa powder in a microwave-safe mug until no lumps remain.

    Add egg, milk, and 1 tbsp melted butter. Stir until smooth, about 30 seconds.

    Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds until the top looks set but still moist. Center should jiggle slightly.
