Chipotle Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 whole chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • ½ whole lime
  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

    Add mayo, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic, honey, and salt to a blender or food processor.

    Blend on high until completely smooth, about 30 seconds. Scrape sides if needed.

    Taste and adjust: add more lime for tang, more chipotle for heat, more honey for sweetness.

    Transfer to a bowl or jar. Keeps in the fridge up to 1 week.
