Ingredients

  • ¾ cup strong brewed black tea, cooled
  • ¼ cup whole milk (or condensed milk)
  • ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup or brown sugar syrup
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Pour cooled tea into a tall glass, then add milk and syrup.

    Add ice cubes and stir until the drink is well mixed and chilled.

    Spoon cooked tapioca pearls into the bottom of the glass.

    Insert a wide boba straw and serve immediately.
