Ingredients
- ¾ cup strong brewed black tea, cooled
- ¼ cup whole milk (or condensed milk)
- ¼ cup cooked tapioca pearls
- 2 tbsp simple syrup or brown sugar syrup
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions

Pour cooled tea into a tall glass, then add milk and syrup.
