Ingredients

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought)
  • ⅛ tsp fleur de sel or sea salt

Instructions

    Melt butter and chocolate together in a microwave-safe mug or small bowl for 45 seconds, stirring until smooth.

    Stir in sugar, flour, and cocoa powder until just combined. The batter should be thick and fudgy.

    Microwave the batter in the same vessel for 60 seconds. Center should jiggle slightly; edges will look set.
