No-Bake Cheesecake

A creamy, tangy cheesecake that sets in the fridge while you do literally anything else. Graham cracker crust, whipped cream cheese filling, and a berry topping — no oven required.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1 cup fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, or sliced strawberries)

Instructions

    Stir graham crumbs and melted butter until clumpy. Press firmly into the bottom of a small bowl or dish.

    Beat cream cheese and sugar with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth, about 1 minute.

    In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.

    Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until no white streaks remain.

    Spread filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.

    Top with fresh berries just before serving. Slice and enjoy.
