Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1 cup fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, or sliced strawberries)

Stir graham crumbs and melted butter until clumpy. Press firmly into the bottom of a small bowl or dish.

Beat cream cheese and sugar with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth, about 1 minute.

In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.

Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until no white streaks remain.

Spread filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.
