Ingredients

  • 2 packet (100g each) acai packets (frozen)
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk (or any milk)
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¾ cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)

Instructions

    Break acai packets into chunks. Add acai, banana, yogurt, and milk to a blender.

    Blend until thick and smooth, about 60 seconds. The texture should resemble soft-serve ice cream.
