Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pre-cooked pork rib racks
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (like Frank's or Texas Pete)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Mix paprika, brown sugar, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

  2. 2

Rub the spice mix all over both sides of the ribs, pressing gently so it adheres.

  3. 3

Spread ribs on a sheet pan. Roast at 425°F for 8 minutes until the rub is fragrant and edges start to char.

  4. 4

Meanwhile, whisk honey, hot sauce, and butter in a small bowl until combined.

  5. 5

Brush the glaze all over the ribs. Roast 5 more minutes until sticky and caramelized.

  6. 6

Let rest 2 minutes, then slice between the bones and serve hot.
