Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 8 oz lasagna noodles
- ¾ cup ricotta cheese
- 1.5 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 whole egg

Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir marinara sauce into beef and simmer 2 minutes. Turn heat to low and spread mixture across the skillet.

Whisk ricotta, egg, half the mozzarella, and parmesan in a bowl until smooth.

Break cooked noodles into bite-sized pieces and stir into the beef sauce until evenly coated.
